Focusing on the successful application of Information Technology Infrastructure Library's (ITIL's) guiding principles, this session will take us on a journey through the implementation of an Information Technology Service Managment (ITSM) system in a real-life organization.
In a "trial by fire, " lessons learned experience, see how an organization produced the successful adoption of a system by implementing a more rigorous methodology which includes active stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and trust-building strategies that aligns the system with user needs and expectations.
By adopting a structured, feedback-driven ITIL approach and emphasizing change management, an organization can carry out a successful roll-out the first time!
