We're very excited to host a panel of HDI Steel City members and their take on work structure beyond Covid-19. We've gathered the best of the best to answer some of our questions and also some of your questions!
There will be a lengthy discussion about setting dates for returning to the office, vaccine questions, organization arrangements, work from home feedback, flexible work policies, hiring and onboarding, interactions and communications, and how to organizations have worked together to overcome challenges.
