This interactive session will provide an in-depth exploration of the strategic use of personas. Attendees will collaborate in small groups to develop realistic personas and examine how these tools can enhance empathy, facilitate effective communication, and inform service design.

About our Exciting Presenter:
Caitlin Price, Associate Support Analyst at Giant Eagle:
Caitlin Price is a journalist-turned-IT professional with nearly 20 years of experience. She joined the IT department at Giant Eagle in October 2019 after spending 10 years in communications, marketing, and meeting planning. She leans on her journalism and marketing experiences to drive ITSM organizational change management through branding and UX. Caitlin uses her keen ability to understand audiences to design customer-facing portals and newsletters across Giant Eagle. With a zeal for communications and knowledge sharing, she also works closely across the enterprise to create documentation and share important updates with more than 35,000 Team Members.
A passionate storyteller, Caitlin has shared her experiences at Service Management World, HDI Steel City, getWITit Pittsburgh, Giant Eagle Leadership Academy, and Stanford University's Women's Leadership Summit events. She also continues to foster her love for writing and editing as an independent contractor.
Caitlin obtained her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University’s esteemed Scripps College of Communication and holds ITIL 4 Foundations and ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value certifications. When she's not lending her skills to ITSM, you can find her tap dancing at Studio G Dance Center, volunteering with the United Way, and inspiring her young dance students to dream big.
